Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original box with all included manuals, tools, and hardware.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
